Every client creates their individual Mindfulness plan with their NeuroCoach. We create a plan together to fit your individual goals and plans.
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of your individual goals and what our next steps should be from there. Whether your goals are easing anxiety, lifting a depressed mood due to depression, finding an all natural pain relief, or business goals. We will work together to create an individual plan.
